These terms explain what this website is, what it is not, and the basis on which we work. They apply to your use of this website. A booking with us is governed by the separate booking agreement you receive and confirm in writing before any payment.
Who we are
Amazingmaldives.com is operated by Clearwater Holidays, a travel agency licensed in the Republic of Maldives (licence MOT.O1.RS.TA.24.EB7190), Phase 2, Aman Udhares Tower 3, Hulhumale' 24000, Maldives.
What this website is — and is not
This website is an introduction to the way we work and the trips we arrange. It has no booking engine, no checkout, and no accounts. Nothing on this website is an offer, and sending us a message is not a booking. A booking exists only when the details, price, and terms have been confirmed in writing between you and us, in a separate booking agreement.
Prices on this website
Any prices shown are illustrative planning anchors — typically based on two adults sharing, land arrangements only, with international flights excluded. They are not quotations and may change without notice. Transfer costs to and from your resort are often separate and can be significant. The binding price for your trip is the one confirmed in writing in your booking agreement.
Photographs and content
The photographs on this website are a mix of resort-supplied images, licensed stock photography, and AI-generated images. They are for illustration only and may not depict the exact property, room, beach, or view you will experience. We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it, and details such as resort facilities and transfer schedules can change.
Third-party suppliers
Resorts, airlines, seaplane and speedboat operators, and excursion organisers are independent businesses. We select them carefully and communicate clearly, but we arrange rather than operate their services. Their own terms apply, and we cannot be responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, changes, or cancellations.
Your responsibilities as a traveller
You are responsible for holding a valid passport — normally with at least six months' validity — and for ensuring the names you give us match your passport exactly. Entry and health requirements can change, and checking them remains your responsibility, as does completing the Maldives Immigration traveller declaration before arrival.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, cancellation, interruption, and baggage. We are not liable for costs that insurance would have covered.
Maldives practicalities
Travel in the Maldives depends on weather and daylight. Seaplanes operate in daylight hours only and can be delayed or cancelled in poor weather; late arrivals may require an overnight stay near Malé before transferring the next morning. Speedboat transfers are subject to sea conditions, and seaplane luggage allowances are limited. We prepare you for these realities as part of planning your trip, but they are inherent to the destination.
Events beyond our control
Neither we nor you are liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — including severe weather, natural events, government or immigration action, strikes, unrest, or epidemics.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the arrangements we make directly, and to the amounts you have paid to us — not to the services operated by third-party suppliers.
Intellectual property
The text and design of this website belong to Clearwater Holidays. Resort, supplier, and stock photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under licence. If you believe an image is used incorrectly, tell us and we will put it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of any protection you have under the mandatory laws of that country.
